taladega conversion to daytona in nascar 2! READ!

I am having a problem on step 5 on the conversion of taladega to
daytona.  It says: copy c:\sierra\nascar2\tracks\taladega\*.* and hit
ENTER.  It then says: WHEN IT ASKS TO OVERWRITE, SELECT y for yes.  IT
SHOULD OVERWRITE EVENT1.pcx EVENT2.pcx TRKLOGO.pcx and TRKSHOT.pcx but
mine doesn't overwrite anything.  I followed the INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY
THE WAY IT TOLD ME TO DO IT AND IT ISN"T WORKING.  CAN someone PLEASE
help?  Thanks

If you check out the files page on my web site...I have a track
converter built, that will do the entire thing by itself.  Just let it
unzip into the default directory, read the readmet.txt file, and run the
mkdayton.bat file.  It works pretty good.  If you have any problems just
drop me a line.
