Le Mans demo - HELP!!

I am having a weird problem with the Test Drive Le Mans demo; it does not
recognizes the presence of my primary display adapter ( a Sierra Rendition
1000), so it goes South just after the narrator ends its speech. The video
options only shows Glide (for my Diamond Monster II). Does anyone know
anything about that?
