CM Rally & Orchid V2

I have recently purhcased a copy of McRae Rally and am having trouble
getting the program to detect my card. I see the opening Video's OK, but
then the system crashes during the autodetect sequence.

I am running Win98, have a http://www.racesimcentral.net/
card and an Orchid Voodoo2 3DFX card. I have updated both sets of drivers
from the net, reinstalled DirectX6 and even tried the Voodoo2 drivers
supplied on the CD. So far I've not managed to get past the video
sequences...

Tried the new CM Patch from the Codemasters site with no success

Please help.

try executing the Rally.exe direct from the CMRally folder. This will bypass
the
videos. You will still encounter a 5 second delay.

A patch has been released today.
It is supposed to sort out 'technical difficulties'. Give this a go.
You can get it off the www.codemasters.com web site

P.S. My brother has 2x Orchid Righteous Voodoo2s and it works fine for him.

Tried patch with no luck, the demo worked fine with my V2

I suspect the problem lies with my 2D Card, Videologic 560AGP.......
