I strongly suggest you get the integrated single-file driver instead of the
separate files, as I was getting crash-and-screen-corruption errors in Call
Of Duty with the separate-file drivers, which went away with the integrated
one.  Also it includes extra settings tabs which aren't there in the
separate-file drivers.

I used the separate files as I don't have a AIW card and had no
problems with CoD.

Now you have me worried.  :-)  I've always just downloaded the Display
Driver and Control panel.  I just have a plain built by ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
which is NOT an All-In-Wonder product.  How will the WDM Capture Drivers
affect someone like me?

For now though, I'll stick with the Catalyst 3.6 drivers.

You don't need them but they won't hurt anything. I have a 9700 Pro and have
been using the integrated driver releases since they first became available
without issue.

I used the separate files, and they installed without a problem. Everything
runs fine.

I use the full pack with a 9700Pro (not AIW) with no troubles :)

Check and see that in the control panel You have Smartgart, Truform, 3
Vsynch options, Refresh rate override option in Displays - monitor and
triple buffer option in OpenGL - compatability settings. If you don't your
install is borked.

On my 8500 I found that the 3.7 have a drop in FPS over the 3.5 and 3.6 set.

I have just installed the 3.6 single file thing, and there was a checkboxes
for each part. So if you just select Driver and Controlpanel, the AIW stuff
won't be installed. I'd be supprised if you don't get the same choice in
3.7.

I put the 3.7's in the other day with no problems but.......
I just noticed it changed the handling of all my setups
in N2003. I made all the settings the same as before putting
in the 3.7's. The game picked up a couple of frames per
second but most of the setups are now extremely loose.
I have never seen that before.

I just put the Catalyst 3.6 drivers back into my system
and now all my N2003 setups are back to where they were.

After speniding dozens of hours doing setups I wasn't overly impressed
that they did. As mentioned I switched back to the previous drivers and the
setups were fine. I could understand it if my frame rate had changed
significantly but it didn't.
I don't have an answer just pointing out my observations.
