GPL Newbie and core.ini

by Mark Rawlinso » Wed, 02 Feb 2000 04:00:00

Hi all

Always been a racer at heart and have recently picked up GPL
on budget here in the UK.

OK so ive got the patches, tho the new one seems not to install
properly, it crashes out extracting an ini file, but the game
seems fine anyhow, need to extract manually i think, no
worry there.

So lets talk core.ini, im sure this has been done to death but
humour me :)

Ok settings for openGL, because im using a geforce DDR, what
do people find best to make the mirrors not too distracting??

Force feedback settings for the MS FF wheel apart from
0,0,0 that people find the best.

Part from that im looking forward to learing to drive again :)

Thanks for any suggestions.......

Mark...

One of the best GPL sites, is:

http://simracing.com/alison/sims/index.htm

Alison has many links to other good sites too. Also check out the
WinVROC site at:

http://vroc.net/

Also check out my site (GPL section) and look at the UKGPL league...
