Is there a way to save a race while in progress in N3-- If so, can you
explain how you do it?

Also, people have mentioned a frame rate display. How do you turn this on?

Just ESC your way out of the race. The CHAMPIONSHIP race, that is. Not
Single Race.

explain how you do it?

Race.

You can save single races just as easily as championship races. Just ESC,
click on Exit, yes to save, and you're done. To resume, hit Go to Track, yes
to resume race, and Race.
