Two simple N3 Questions...

Ok, second off:

I have a Nascar Pro Racing Wheel by Thrustmaster adn the springs in the
pedals have all snapped, and my steerign wheel has a bad dead spot, which i
don't like cause I'm increibly steady, it will get better for you after you use
it more, OR you could attempt to take the steering wheel unit apart and lossing
the bungee, but that is not my suggestion!!!!!!

Ok, first off.

I have a Nascar Pro Steering wheel, the only problem is, there is really no
dead spot, so it is really touchy. I find that annoying. Is there any way to
increase the dead spot on the wheel?

The second question has to do with car painting. Now I have ADOBE
Photoshop....NOT Paint Shop Pro. Does anyone have the .act (palette file,
the one included with N3 DOES NOT work) file that will let me convert the
cars that I make (with rather snazzy plugins I might add) to the correct
palette?

Remember...Adobe Photoshop 5. Not Paint Shop Pro 6....if all else fails, I
will simply download PSP6 Demo or something, but right now I have a great
image program, but just need a little help. ANY sites with Adobe Photoshop
files or help would be appreciated.

There's a program on Logitech site called DXTweak that allows you to
adjust the dead zone setting under DirectX.  I haven't used it myself,
so I don't know how effective the program is.
