AFAIK Papy sims are limited to 30fps.

Hi,

Ok, a lot of guys are going to roll their eyes about this one . . .

We just got a new system, it's a 233 Pentium II w/MMX.
4 megs on the video card, and 64 meg of ram. Now this may seem
strange, but with everything on, I think it still may run too fast . .

Does this make sense? If so, can I fix it?

Papy sims are "real time", and don't fiddle around with "processor
occupancies over 100%" :-)

Current Papy sims (at least before SODA, not sure about that one) are
limited to 30fps (barring the show-off key in the Rendition ICR2).

So, you can't be running too fast, hence nothing to do about
it. Whatever's "left" is just a cushion for when things get hairy
(lots of crashes, smoke, debris, etc)
