Does anyone have any idea as to when or if the Dave Noonan full track
converter will be available ?

I am sure looking forward to more road racing tracks :)

Dave is the only one who knows the answer to that, and he doesn't answer
questions like that :-), but I've been fortunate enough to get a look at
some of the tracks and they're coming along quite nicely

If he can do an unchicaned Monza for N2002, I'm there.  If he
can add the high-banked track as well-there is a track out there for
GPL which combines both circuits...drool...

Pretty good, A++ grade for you! ;-)

I had them all except I-70.  I thought it was the old Bristol from Nascar
Legends.

Below isn't a critique of the track convertor, but a look at why we need a
new CART sim..

The new straight is missing, no real passing zone
Never updated since before they changed the last turn, etc etc
Still turns right at the end of the main straight.  Doesn't wrap around
the Aquarium.  The straight from the Aquarium back to the original course is
missing.
Will be the last race on Cart's Calendar this year...it would be nice to
compare 2002 to 1967.
Probably the single most inaccurate track Papyrus has ever created.  Not
a slam, but due to file limitations, the REAL Mid Ohio is siniuous and
blind, and even jumpy...but the ICR2 Mid Ohio is a nice pleasant windy
road...thats all.  Elevations are wrong, the Madness section is barely
crazy, and the valley after madness is just a dip.
Changed, and Changed some more..I would like to see what the final
product resembles now
(wrong PP...we NEED the mountain, not the oval) :>
The Portland that came with the last Papyrus Truck pack is very Good.
They have the last turns nailed now...This doesn't need any work...IF YOU
CAN FIND IT>>>...Probably Papyrus' finest road course representation.
Another poorly aged track.  EL has seen many changes...especially in the
first few turns...Plus we need an option to have rivers flowing over the
backstraight..
Heat's Surfer blows the Papyrus version away.
Have they ever changed this track?  At first the thought of online racing
here was frightening, but next to Long Beach, possibly the most raceable
Street Course in the world.
   See Toronto...reverse everything.
  Can't
We have the boot now for GPL, we need the bigger track for other road
racing series.
(I was e***d to see the modern version  ported to F1 2001 and the
mods...boy it sure lacks the flowing sliding character of the GPL version)
No Houston?  No Denver, No Tampa Bay?   No Mexico(not Mexico City) No
Washington DC?  No Bristol and Lauritzring??    There is a crime being
committed against sim racers...SOMEBODY needs to step up to the plate and
deliver.
