Don't know but surely it can't be as bad as Nascar Heat - even N2002 is
better than Nascar Heat.
............will GPL is a little better then Nascar Heat and a long way to go
to beat N2002 so to put it in perspective........... ..Hows the fishing today?
The car handling and track modelling are second only to GPL/N4/N2002
imho. I was a huge Viper Racing fan when Heat came out and the
handling model seems to have been a positive evolutionary step up from
that. I prefer VR because of the cars/tracks/career mode but Heat is
still a heck of a game. Thinking I may reinstall it tonight to put
some laps at the Glen in.

The best thing(s) about heat are all the mods. It's a dozen games in one if
you install a few, and there are some very enjoyable mods out there. This
is one thing which I remain hopeful for NT, that mods may nullify some of
the reported bad points. Heat is also good if you race in a league that
doesn't use yellows :-)

Hi guys,
the ESRL is planning an online endurance race in January 2002. This race
will be for teams. Each team has two drivers and each driver will run one
segment. I have put together some stuff and have posted it here:

Any mods you recommend Dave? I tried the IRL/CART mods back when the
game was first being modified and I wasn't that impressed. If there
is something that handles as well as the original game or the Vipers
in VR I'd definitely be up for it.

AND Lucky's site for a ton of converted tracks:

and just about anything you can't find at Lucky's you'll find here at esim
racing
