From the chat window, pressing CRTL-Y gives me the following info:

latency:0.10(6) quality:165 totsend:215

What do these entries mean?  Thank you.

I have another question... How do you turn it off once you have
activated it?  The only way I could get it off was to exit the game...
Any info about this feature would be appreciated.

You cant... you already found the only way to cut it off
