If you mean the NASCAR Racing Online Series: you can't since it's been
closed since September 1999.

Then why do they still bundle it with Nascar Racing 99 and not include
a note or something???

The Nascar '99 game you bought has probably been sitting on the shelf
since it's release. You really think their gonna recall all the
software to include a note? :)

Just as a guess: probably the same reason they released Gran Prix
Legends on their Sierra Classic label recently and packaged the
original 1.0 version which has been patched officially twice and
unofficially twice.  They don't give a damn? <g>

Their logic for Nascar99 is probably something akin to, "What do you
expect?  You should've bought the latest release!"
