Howdy, i have read a few posts here on people connecting CH footpedals
to TM GP1 steering wheels, and i was wondering how you do it?
Do you use a joystick Y adapter or what???
Thanks for any help  you can give me on this matter...

Hmm it's very easy.

Since the CH Pedals come with a Y adapter, you just plug the Gp1 into the 1
part the the CH pedals plug goes right into the joystick (or Gamecard) port.
Here are some racing simulators thoughts with the Gp1+ CH :

Nascar2 : No problem. Perfect. You can configure them like you want.

Icr2 :  No problem also. Perfect.

Gp2 : Since the stupid interface can't take an axis for shifting, I use
those front buttons to shift. Stupid Microprose decision (well, it's
normal).

Soda : No problem also, but I had some problems at first with the
calibration (works perfectly now). Anyone know how to disable the joystick
in the menus ???

GPLegends : Can't use those paddles to shift, so I use them as a clutch.
Looks like the demo doesn't use axis for shifting. (but why does previous
Papyrus titles does this ??) <g>.

F1RS : Ubisoft is the most stupid company I ever known (even if I could have
a job there easily in Montreal).  I have the calibration in Win95 perfect.
I have no problem assigning each functions to the wheel/pedal.  Paddles are
for shifting (or red buttons no difference).  When I get on the track, F1RS
doesn't like to have 4axis.  I can accelerate, but brake doesn't work (even
if assign correctly in the menu).

E-mailed Ubisoft about this, and they said to post your question in
rec.autos.simulators (looks like I'm not the first to receive this also).
This is sooooooo stupid !!!! Can we say poor tech support <g>.
