I find a bunch on great qualifying setups out on the net but no RACE
setups.  Anyone know where I can find some *OR* how to convert a
qualifying setup to a race setup?

The process of making a race set-up from a good qual set-up
is a relatively easy one.
If you can't make that transition what do you do when you
"play" ICR II?

To convert a qual set-up to a race set-up demands practice
and the process is not the same for any track except that you
would generally go for more downforce and less roll(subject to
individual taste).

At some tracks it may be more wortwhile to go for less downforce
when making the race set-up, eg. Elkhart, Toronto and Vancouver.
Believe it or not.

You just have to practice...

I find that i spin out on the high speed corners when i race with qual
set ups {especially the second last turn at languna seca} so i add
loads of negative chamber to the left rear {right rear if it is a
right hander u are having probs with obviously} this cuts down on
oversteer big time

I reduce turbocharger and maybe give the rear wing a little more
apart from these and adding more fuel {its state the obvious day here
:)   thats all I do

Hope that helps a bit..........

Ok, why change camber and not add a notch or two of wing?  I don't understand
SHIT about car setup, and it's QUITE frustrating...

I end up leaving my turbo at 9.  If I don't the AI cars leave me in dust...
