Has anyone experienced this "effect?"  When running at Milwaukee, the
car has a top speed of 190 mph.  No more.   I have plenty of gear and
revs left, and it is not as if the car has reached its aero "terminal
velocity."  I have tried different setups, and they have no effect.  I
have not seen this mentioned before, and I can run those
oh-so-realistic 250+ laps at Michigan.

Yep I seem to be limited to 306 kph

I haven't tried at Milwaukee yet but I can't break 249 at Fontana whereas I
used to be going 260+!!!  I also cannot load Michigan AT ALL anymore w/ the
patch!

Whew!!!!  I thought it was just me?  I tried to adjust the car with no
luck, I hit 190 about a third of a way down the straight and flatline there,
could get some better times if I could break 190
