Burnout - Can you run in the 3.00's??

I've heard that this is possible.  Please let me know if it is.  I have had
setups sent to me that claim it, but none never pan out.  If you have one,
send it to me.  If we can get it to run what you claim we will post it.  The
one who posts the fastest revified car will win a prize.

It is not possible with version 1.22
It was possible with version 1.0 and maybe even 1.10, but no longer possible
unless the car files are hacked. The best ET so far in an "unlimited" race
was in the 4's
