I dont have more than 22-23 fps with my P3-600, TNT2, 128mb ram.
And I cant have resolution set to more than 640*480.
Why??????

Get nvidia 3.68 or 3.7x drivers and set buff flip to block transfer.

Sounds like you're running it in software mode.  Download the GL patch from
papy's internet site.
