N4 Annoyances...the 5 minute test

The reason would be the same as it is in real life.  If you were using the
practise in the game for what it is intended, you'd be able to figure that
out.  I could care less if they actually put yellows in the game for
practise sessions--the point is (and had been all along) that the AI need to
NOT IGNORE cautionary incidents and turn them into catastrophes.  They
should react as though they were in a race (trying to preserve their car)
and as though their lives were at stake.  We observe this behaviour and
learn what to expect in a race.  20 car pile-ups every 10 minutes is not a
simulation, nor is it entertaining.
