I need any information on the NRL. I'm in a position (maybe) to
sponcer a league in my home town. How will NASCAR select the drivers.
I heard that NASCAR is taking the best driver from each major city,
and they would qualify them for NRL. I can't seem to find any info on
this other than hear-say. If any one can guide me to finding these
anwers, you'll make a new friend...I'm not that much of an ass.
