I have a new computer with win98 and the Logitech Formula Force Feedback
wheel.  The wheel works perfect with Nascar 99, and other driving games in
'98 but jumps all over the place on NROS when I play online.  Does anybody
know what is going on?  I am using the usb port for the wheel.  Do I need a
special driver, the advanced settings in windows 98 simply says standard
joystick port.  Help!!!
