As well as Phoenix and North Carolina. No getting around it--the AI in N4
sucks great wads, for the most part.

Actually, Marty is messed up bad online and offline.
I was in a race yestarday where the pace car left the track, and we were
told to "prepare to go green".
It never did. It also never said that it was delaying the green.
Eventually, after lapping around like a bunch of lost puppies for 3 or 4
laps, we just decided to race.
About 10 laps later, it threw the green flag (!) and a black flag on
EVERYONE on the track for passing the pace car :)
Here's where it got interesting... Depending on how many laps you had run,
your BF wait time changed. If you were one of the 'lucky'one's that ran a
clean race without problems, you got hit HARDER than the wreckers and cars
many laps down! That's because it added time for every successful lap to
your penalty!
My penalty was, wait for it....
FIVE + MINUTES!
Oddly, the wreckers and lappers won the race because they hadn't racked up
the laps, and got much smaller penalties.
It was a laugh, and a pisser-offer at the same time :)
