Patch for ICR

by John Brook » Fri, 28 Jan 1994 18:39:24

Having read so much about the 'don't have enough memory' patch can someone
please enlighten me as to the Internet ID for world.std.com (my FTP server
doesn't recognise it).

In addition - does anyone have a good car setup for Long Beach ?  Unfortunately
I have to make do with keyboard control (for some reason Compaq didn't think
to put a joystick port in my laptop) so a car setup for analogue throttle, brakes
or steering is likely to put me into the wall (which is where I currently spend
most of my time).  Any help would be appreciated.  I have entertained the thought
that it could be my driving style (which is more Colin McRae than Nigel Mansell)
but (like any good workman) I'd rather blame the tools.

Do I get brownie points for causing a multiple pile-up on the pace lap !  I LOVE
this game (but my wife is thinking about filing for divorce).

I'd prefer replies by E-Mail as I'm not always able to read news.

Thanks.

John Brooker

P.S.  In case anyone is wondering who Colin McRae is...he's a rally driver.
