New Guillemot wheel - Anyone tried it ?

by Andrew Carrol » Tue, 30 Nov 1999 04:00:00

I noticed in my local EB that the new Guillemot FF wheel was available.
This is the one with the Ferrari name attached to it.  It has paddles
and a gear shift lever.  I believe it was about 80.

Anyone tried this one yet ?

Regards

I have their Raceleader FF wheel and like it for the money.  I don't
have conversion rates handy, but it cost me US$80 and it's got 16 buttons
that are all programmable, plus a POV "hat."  Works GREAT in N3 for punching
up pit changes, Status, etc.
I felt the paddle shifters were too wimpy, though, but they'll do.

I have not, but I'd like to know the price and above all is it a 4 axis ?
