NASCAR Pro help....Obtained!!!!!

Just an update to my post of a few weeks back.
I sent an email to Thrustmaster, explaining my problem, and today
received a package with a new bungee, two lock ties, some plastic
thingys, and four extra pedal springs, along with detailed
instructions on replacing each.
Even if the product isn't the best, atleast Thrustmaster takes care of
it's customers.  Personally, buying the NASCAR wheel was the best sim
investment I've made,  due to the tech support.
Thanks to everyone here for helping and answering my questions.

Yours,
Brandon Reed

I guess i will just have to keep trying...

Did you call them, or E-mail?  They have never responded to my e-mail,
yet if I call them, I always get my spare parts within a week or two.

Just an update, after reading my post replying to the original author
of this posting, Alan from Thrustmaster sent me an email, to find out
my posting address. He intends sending the requested parts out to me...
I guess i have to eat humble pie here and apologise to Alan regarding
my previous post....
With customer service like that, it's no wonder people keep buying
Thrustmaster controllers, as i will myself in the future!
Cheers,
Ron Ayton

I've had the same experience with them.  If I call they will send me
anything I need...  If I email I rarely get a response.

Thrustmaster is fantastic for customer support,  all my controls are TM.
They have replaced my flight stick 3 times in a 4 year span.  Not bad for a
30 day warranty!  They may not be any better than all the other $50 sticks
or $150 wheel/pedals (I'm in Canada BTW) but they've got a good product and
make up for flaws where it counts.
