Is it worth while to buy NOW Nascar1999, when Nascar3 is announced within a
few months?

I wouldn't get my hopes up at all for Sierra's NASCAR 3 being released in a few
months...they don't have a good record for maintaining deadlines. It depends on
what you wanna do, NR1999 is N2 on steroids, basically with a ton of tracks,
the truck physics, stuff like that.

yep
1. its better than n2
2. if you look hard and hurry, you can find one that will rebate you the
purchase price.
3.  who really knows for sure when n3(2000) will be released.

Announced, and shipped, are two different things.

Nascar 3 was originally supposed to ship this last Christmas, so it's
already 4 months late.
