movies using the windows media player?
Anyone ever heard of this or no how to fix it.

Plow is right........If you got the 77.72 drivers then they are the problem. The older 71.84 work fine.

oh man, you are going to hate me, but I had this ONCE, I hope to think it
was a vid card- driver issue, or did I format and reinstall, hmmmm long ass
time ago.

With the 77.72's, open your Nvidia settings and under color correction, if "apply color changes to:" is set to desktop change it to all. That should correct your problem.
