I go into every race knowing that I can drive the entire distance.  That's why
I prefer longer races - I feel it gives me an advantage.  Granted, I simply
*outlast* most people, but until I get faster that's all I've got.

Agreed.  Fortunately I was *ahead* of the chaos in the 2nd and 3rd race.

Really?  Hmm...maybe you should have a talk with these guys.<g>

In races with low damage, or shift-r enabled, I routinely get beaten by guys
who crash, shift-r, then keep going.  Meanwhile I've never even put a wheel
off.  Giving up 2-3 seconds per lap means they can crash every 5 laps and STILL
be ahead.
