Rally Trophy, Momo and DX9b no go

I just decided to play a little RT and I can't get my wheel working. The gas
is intermitant and the drivers hands are jittering left and right. I haven't
played in a while and I've updated to dx9a and 9b since it worked last on a
fresh install of xp pro sp1. I have the original momo with the latest
wingman software. Is this combination of controllers and DX working for
anyone else?

Don't know about RT but GPL, N2003, and F1C work fine on DX9a, was just
about to post whether there are any problems with DX9b.

Oddly enough I upgraded to dx9b (from 9a) yesterday and today had a bash at
Rally Trophy when trying out the  new release on the Ring (marvelous BTW)
and my momo force worked fine.
