Looking to convert Portland from indycar 1 to icr2 to n99

Looking for track converters.

I have portland from indycar 1.
Need to patch to indycar II so can then patch to nascar2 then to nr99.
Have n2 to n99 converter, and icrII to n2 converter.

Need icr1 to icr2 converter.
