I'm running the EXACT same setup, except the motherboard is a MSI K7T
Pro2A - but that's using the exact same chipset as your Abit one. I've
never had any issues with my SB Live either. As I detailed in a post up
above, I did have some issues migrating from the V5 to the GF3, which were
fully cured with a Windows reinstall.
Don't hold me to it, but you should have no problems with regards to your
hardware being compatible with the GF3. Whether you can get Windows and the
various drivers to agree with you....one can never tell.
But it SHOULD work ;-)
