ICR FAQ/T1 help?

I am sure there is a FAQ about IndyCar and patches and FTP sites.

Anyone willing to mail it to me?

Also -- I've seen a couple of posts about the Formula T1 by Thrustmaster.  Is
it really worth the 179 bucks to mail-order it?  Is there someplace cheaper I
can get one?  I'm a NASCAR and IndyCar sim buff and I personally wouldn't mind
the stick shift as opposed to paddle-shifters.
