Not really, you'll need a better isp in order to get the low latency and
stability requirements to race the  Nros on Ten.
It's a blast though!

I'm just curious - can you run decent races with NROS using AOL on a 33.6?  I'm
wondering if I should even bother.  Also, how can I get my joystick to work
under DOS?  I've heard a Microsoft Sidewinder doesn't work under DOS.

Thanks for any help.

Actually, I ran about 20 races through AOL, although the latency was around .33
most times.

But I agree with Don, AOL doesn't really cut it for the NROS.

I hardly ever warp or get booted.

I used to, I don't know why it got better..

When I use AOL 4.0 I almost always get a yellow (good) flag, below .20 latency.

If you have a local Concentric- Ten number, that would be the least hassles.
