Could someone tell me where to find the SCGT Advanced options patch.  I
downloaded a patch which I though was it, but it doesn't have any of the
option you are all talking about.  It makes the sound better that's about
it.

The problem is that there is a sound enhancement / name change file out
there that is calling itself "1.2 update" or something similar. That is just
a user-made file that does not change the physics of the game. It is not an
official patch. What you want is called Advanced Options 2.1, put out by
"friends of ISI," which I think means it is an "unofficially official"
utility :-).

You will find it at same site as the sounds patch.  GT1's site has a couple
areas with downloads and it in one of them.  I think it really helps the
cars.
