To the best of my knowledge (and it is NT-challenged), NT does not have
the "direct" hardware access that NASCAR1 or 2 require.  You might get
it to work with no sound or joystick/wheel input.  I think your only
alternative is to have a means to boot to a real DOS or Win95
environment.
