N2 problem observed

I can't say if this occurred before the patch(s), but I
have noticed the following problem since installing them.
Occasionally after I make hard contact with the wall
(enough for heavy wheel damage), my T2 will get messed up.
After the contact hitting the brake pedal will actually cause
acceleration.
I have seen this happen at least 3 times.  The first time I wrote
it off, but now I'm pretty sure it's a bug and was wondering if
anybody else has experienced this problem.
I wouldn't call it a serious problem (every time it happened
the damage was severe enough to end my day anyway), but I wanted
to let somebody know.  Hopefully somebody from papyrus will read
this.

Thanks,
Brad

I don't think that there's any correlation between you
hitting the wall and the T2 messing up.  However, I experienced
the same problem with my T2 after upgrading to the first patch.
I noticed that when I was in the calibration screen and slammed
on the brakes that the arrow that shows your current throttle/
brake position would go all the way to the right and "wrap around"
to the extreme left.  This would cause the problem that you
described.  My fix was to tear apart the T2 pedal assembly and
adjust the driven gear on the potentiometers until the wrap around
no longer occurred.

Since we're on the subject of N2 problems, I need to get the
following off of my chest:  I am absolutely sick of seeing a computer
car pitted in my pit stall during a multiplayer race.  Papyrus, can't
you fix this?  This is the last thing that is keeping us from enjoying
the multiplayer aspects of the game.
