When I try to start GPL I receive the following error message : Invalid Page
Fault In Kernel32.dll ,
 Any suggestion what the problem is?

This happened to me when I put GLIDE2X.DLL Version 2.53 in my GPL directory.
Took it out and everything worked fine. Well,... come to think of it, it
might have been a page fault in GDI32,...not sure.

Is that what you did perhaps, Paul?

I tried with the 2.53 in the GPL directory , makes no difference.

My system : PII 400
                     Win98
                     Creative voodoo 2 12MB
                     64MB RAM
                     Directx 6.1
                     Glide 2.54

I gather you tried it WITHOUT 2.53 in the GPL directory?

Is 2.54 in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder?

I'll send you a copy of GLIDE2X.DLL Version 2.60.00.0122. Put a copy of the
GLIDE2X.DLL that you have in the SYSTEM folder in another folder for
safekeeping, and then drop a copy of this new version in WINDOWS\SYSTEM and
see if that fixes it. If not, put everything back like it was.

Yes I tried it without 2.53 in the GPL dir. , same problem . The 2.54 is in
my Winows\System folder

Microsofts support base has an article on what to do when you get the
kernell32.dll error. (Basically just reinstalling Direct X 6.0)

Otherwise - did you put glide2x.dll 2.53 in the windows/system folder as
well as the gpl folder?

I tried the file you sendt ( thanks) , but it did not solve the problem ,
now I have the 2.53 in the GPL folder and the 2.54 in the windows\system
folder , and sometimes GPL starts and works fine but 9 out of 10 times I get
the "Invalid Page Fault in Kernel32.dll"
