NASCAR Racing 2002 Season has not yet been replicated. The first copies have
not left our warehouses yet! I'm suspicious of these posts. Either people
are fibbing, or piracy is at hand!

I think the release info is a hoax.  Every person in this newsgroup so far
that says they have it appears to be the same person.  Aaron, coug, Chris S.
Thompson, and MagnumGT all have the same posting server "rr.com".  Nice try.

Yep and this info:
MagnumGT

ICQ# 3855499

That ICQ is a 45 year old religeous nut... and female too... Doesn't list
racing sims in her hobbies - strangely. ;-)

Tim,

If *you* were a 45 year old religious nut, would you list online racing? ;-)

Actually it is more specific than that, they all came from tampabay.rr.com
(Tampa area Road Runner cable system).

Each 'aliased' post is in the hands of Time Warner people now, they should
resolve this person's problem soon ;)

Definitely not, but the manner in which he used them by misrepresentation
may very well be against his ISP's usage policies.  Misrepresentation in
order to deceive is not something most ISP's favor.

Because he lied?  I don't think the ISP would even care...  I could say I'm 6
foot 4 and can bench press 300 pounds.  That's not even CLOSE to the truth.
There's nothing illegal or against an ISP policy about it.
Not saying the guy wasn't acting like a jerk, but there's nothing anyone can DO
about it...
