Nice system Nick (I have the same MOBO with an AMD 1600/GF4 Ti 4400/512 MB
RAM). Do yourself a favor and get another 256 MB of RAM. You'll need it
with XP and appreciate the difference in games and apps.

Nice system! I'm also considering upgrading to either the 9500 or 9500Pro. Can
you be more specific on how it's running?
1. Can you post some framerates you're getting in GTR2002 (CNTRL-F) and in any
other sims like NR2002 or the NR2003 demo?
2. What videocard did you upgrade from and what were your framerates with it,
for basis of comparison.
3. How difficult was the upgrade/installation? Any headaches with removing old
drivers, etc?
4. Have you tried overclocking and/or the hack that supposedly makes it run on
par with the 9700 Pro?
5. .....and finally (most importantly to me) -- any problems running GPL with
it?

The "hack" is for the 9500 NON PRO (see Riva Tuner). It unlocks the 4
disable pipelines making the 9500 perform at 9700 specs (since they both
share 256-bit architecture - the 9500 pro is 128-bit so the hack won't do
anything). If you use the software hack on a 9500 AND overclock it (if it
has good ram) then you can run it at 9700 Pro levels.
