I decided to re-install ICR2 after months of being off my HD. When I go
to the driver info screens I get the message "UNABLE TO WRITE DRIVERS
INFO". It does this on the original clean install and after adding the
1.02 patch. I hit OK and the game goes on. Any idea what this message
means? Thanks.

Sounds like your file attributes are Read-Only. I think this was a side
affect of the 1.02 patch. Just change the *.dat & *.txt files in your
CARS directories to not be Read only. Actually you don't need any of
the files for ICR2 on your HD set to Read-Only.
