Well, I believe a lot of folks are just a little intimidated by some of
the times there. Especially those of us still waiting around on a wheel
and pedals. yeah, a joystick user :( OH well...

Not trying to be mean or nething, but would it be better if nobody did
those times, and then it wouldn't be a good way to compare other peoples
times. Give it a try, don't wuss out because there are 1 or 2 fast times,
out of 30-35 people.

Actually its the worst damn way to compare everyone.

Big difference between going fast for one lap in no traffic when
compared too going gast for 500 miles in constant traffic.

As the late Alan Kulwick said:

"First you have to learn how to drive fast. Then you have to learn how
to do it in traffic. Then you have to learn how to do it for 500
miles."

I'm doing it. I can't touch the SMOKKINU clan, but i'm doing it
because it makes me perfect what i already have, plus I can see what I
can do compared to others. hey, who are you and where are you on the
list????

I been doing it not because i think im fast but i am not a great
qualifier but race real well. lol kinda like Earnhardt but I win some:)
anyway the more i run and get quicker the better shape I will be in when
this thing actually opens up...

ahh, brian. when I responded to this I couldn't see who had written it.
I'm starting to move up in the speedway standings, i got a gamecard and
now i can run really smoothe in the turns. my car was real jerky
before, but now no tire squeal at dega. Now i must do some major work
at the one milers. i'm really bad there so far.
