Is there a way I can setup my joystick throttle control to well, control
the throttle? I have a MS Sidewinder Pro 3D.

And how can I reduce the sensitivity of the steering in TOCA? I already
have it set to low withing the game but it still steers too quickly for
me.

Thanks for any help you can give.

If you have a digital controller then the game only recognises on or
off, and nothing in between.

If you have an analogue controller and select analogue braking and
accelerating you will get a progressive response from the game.
EG:- the steering, etc will feel better with an analogue device.
