Need for Spees - CODES

by I E Ashwort » Fri, 12 Jan 1996 04:00:00

I have just got "The Need For Speed" I ran the patch program (as obtained
from this newsgroup and it worked ok.

i could use EAC POWR as Name for Warrior car
EAC RALY         for gravel type roades
and         EAC WARP         for faster gameplay.

that was yesterday.

when i ran the game today  the codes no longer work.
even if i run the patch again, or copy files back from the CD

Any ideas???

Also after looking at the EXE file I think i found some more codes,
including 4X4R, (cant remember the rest, but will post them ir anyone wants)
does anyone know what these do
i tried some of them but they seem to have no effect.

thanks in advance

Have you forgotten to enter them in capitals? It's hard to notice that, because the
font they use (Copperpot) is has small capitals.

Good luck.
