Yes, GPLRank is temporarily down. Uwe posted a message on our league mailing
list. As I understand it, Uwe's provider pulled the rug from under him. No
word yet on how long the site will be down...

Man, I ***REALLY*** hope Uwe gets things back up and running asap. If
GPLR goes away, I predict there will be many who will stop playing. I
think it has done THAT much to keep GPL going since it was developed.

What timing I finally get down to doing all the laps to get a Masters of GPL
rank and the site goes down :-(

Before you do any irreversible damage to yourself, I'd like to point out
that it's relatively easy to keep calculating ones new GPLRank "manually"
while the GPLRank web service is down. Just sum the Papyrus laptimes and your
laprecords in a calculator and subtract.
