I can confirm this. (at least according to some varios magazine article.)

I hope so too. Bethesda could have a good idea here, as long as they "get
it right."

I think I see what your saying... IF you can make your own cars, then you
could make your own nascars, indycars, F1 cars ect. Then race them against
each other.

Early on in the testing stages, the car could up to 300 mph, but that has been adjusted.  The speed
possibilities are more realistic now.  You can now drive up to ~250, possibly +260, if you customize up the
wazoo.
