I just get my registration for Kali. I'm looking for servers where i
can expect good ping and racer from Quebec and area. Where is the best
place to race except Where tor race.

Alain,

This is the biggest of all misconceptions with regards to Kali, Kahn and
other "meeting place" game servers.

The location of the Kali server makes absolutely no difference. Only the
ping from the dialer(s) to the answerer matters. The game is being
"served" by the answerer. No game packets travel through the Kali
server. If you find opponents with low stable latency to you, you can
race them from *any* Kali server with identicle gameplay.
