I have exactly the same problem. I have flashed my bios 3 different
times with different versions that Intergrapgh sent me. I have also
ran the original and updated windows drivers, all with no luck at all.
With the upcoming NRO I can't have this happening at all. I have also
reported  to Intergrapgh that when in dos if I run any app. and go to
start another app. there is a brief flash on the screen from the
previous app. It's almost like the memory or buffer doesn't clear
before the next app. loads. This does hell to my moniter. This could
also be the problem why the screen goes black and windows locks when I
want to go back into windows. I have an AOC 325 15" moniter with a
digital readout. Maybe it's the type of moniter. I don't know. BTW,
the original bios that came with the reactor is the fastest for me
compared to the other versions I tried. (ver .58)

Use the Microsoft Rendition driver, it worked for me. Also found that the
58 bios is working better than the 74 bios in my case.

Steve, Install Monster Truck Madness (on the reactor cd) and then have
Windows95 use the "microsoft" drivers for the reactor card.. should
solve the problem.

Here's what worked for me, although I'm not really sure why:

1. Install the latest rendition bios

2. install the latest reactor W95 drivers

3. Download Kali version .09e (yes, .09e!) and install it over your
current version of Kali

4. download kali version 1.1g and install it over .09e.

This cured the lockup problem completely for me, although like I said,
I don't really know why.
