Soda Offroad racing question revisited.

by Ron R. » Sun, 27 Jun 1999 04:00:00

Has anyone yet figured out how to get the CH pedals to work with Soda?

I have the Racing Wheel and it works fine, just the pedals don't.

Setup works great in Nascar 1, 2, and 1999.

Thanks
Ron

Soda Offroad racing question revisited.

I haven't used the CH pedals, but...the key to assigning
joystick axis etc in Soda, was to make sure the key or stick
assignment was first placed on a non-essential key.
so it is a two step process, if you want the Y axis to be your
brake, then you must first assign the brake to some other key
like b.(I don't have my soda commands memorized, just pick a
key that the game isn't already using like the mirror key or something,)
after you have moved the brake function away from the joystick, you
can now go back and repeat the process, but assign the command
to your pedals.   I have only done this with T2 pedals, (reversed axis
assignments) so I don't know if it works with a split axis conroller.
Good luck
