Since we already know that we are not getting much new with 2.0,
what about a wish list for 3.0 (sans a track creator/editor to keep Ralf
happy)?  Here are some on mine:

        * instead of just painting cars, be able to "make" engines and
chasis (or at least things like torque, hp, durability, etc
        * be able to change computer driver's abilities in key areas
(cornering, straight line speed, passing, blocking, tendency to
           hit the wall).
        * be able to import logos and the like, not just the complete
          car.
        * multiple human player play over LAN (and not just IPX either).
        * accelerated mode while watching.

        Anyone have others?

Swapping decal files is already available.

I take it you mean copying files around at the DOS prompt?

And my question was do you do this "swapping" in DOS?  I cannot
find a "swap decals" button in my paintkit.

No, swapping DECALS files and then using them within the paintkit.  Exactly as
I wrote it.

What about the ability to control opponent's damage by speed of impact?
I found it frustrated by just touching them and take them out of the race.
