The pitlimit during qualifying can't exceed 70mph, as it was on the NROS.
Whenever you try to go higher it will slow you back down to around normal
pitspeed. It's some sort of autobrake. That way you can't also cut your
last qualifying lap and plow down in the pits, since it will automatically
slow you down.
The trick is to scrub... scrub scrub scrub scrub them tyres ! ;) (and
having a good setup)
