Deadspot utility ??

There is a program that let's one adjust the deadspot
for Windows controllers (Wheels, Joysticks, ect) but
I can't seem to find it. Any idea where it can be
 found ?

It's called DXTweak and can be found on the Logitech Wingman site:

Only problem with that program is that is adjusts values globally. So
if you have a stick, wheel and gamepad (like I do) it can pork things
up big time for your other controllers. As I found out.
